Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in many completely different business fields and positions. Shop floor retail, high-stakes M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and turnarounds, billion dollar investments, multi-million sales contracts. As a leader guiding culturally diverse teams, as an advisor helping top management guide challenging landscapes, as a hands-on problem-solver in the trenches of business operations. This journey has given me a unique vantage point, one that combines the rigor of strategy with the pragmatism of execution.

In the past years, much of my focus went into the materials sector. I’ve seen firsthand how materials companies, whether start-ups or established giants, often face a similar challenge: they’ve built something extraordinary but struggle bringing it to market. Companies spend years – sometimes decades – and millions, even billions of Euros on R&D, only to find themselves asking the hard questions later: How do we position ourselves in a crowded market? Who are our ideal customers? What’s the right business model to make this viable? I’ve watched companies with potential get tangled in long supply chains, complex distribution networks, and shifting customer expectations, unable to break through to market success.
